The Spare Parts program is especially beneficial for our larger customers. As part of the total service contract, we are available 24 hours every day by telephone and can arrange overnight delivery of needed parts. Our Spare Parts customers also receive a significant discount!

PAL’s “SPARE PARTS” PROGRAM

We offer a special “spare parts” program for our customers’ savings and convenience.

• As pre-arranged, we provide the spare parts you‘ll need for the next 6 to 12-month period—whether the machinery you own was made by PAL or by another source. Examples of spare parts are wheels, belts, chains, bearings, filters, sensors, switches, pumps, and other moving parts.
• You have easy access to these supplies when the need arises.
• When the supply runs low, simply contact PAL and we ship whatever you need, overnight if needed.
• There’s no waiting, no lead time, no need to store more than a few month’s supply on your own shelves.
• Spare parts are sourced by PAL and purchased in the U.S.
